Experience

Our Approach

At Whole Mind Neurofeedback, we are dedicated to providing a personalized and effective neurofeedback experience. Our guiding principles of hormesis promote just enough intervention to help your own existing resources to become more healthy and appropriately activated without system overwhelm. We value and engineer protocols based on your feedback and observations. At times, the input from caregivers may also be necessary or helpful to move toward our goals. Due to our approach we are confident in the limitations and risks.  While reactivity can occur, it is typically short lived (24-48hrs) . Reactivity may exacerbate a pre-existing symptom but will not create new ones. However, even IF, we observe this means a response has happened. The subset of every reaction is a response, and baseline will generally be bumped up even after reactivity.
